i thought dan told me something like there were going to use scott's drumming on better friend, but they couldn't find the tapes. so yeah, thanks , i just wanted to splice his count in with the old song, just for fun.
I think it'd be rad to add new music to scott's old drum tracks. i can only dream. and get rob and james back in on that. like make a greatest hits using scott's drums. man that'd be amazing.

The counting intro is from French Subtitles from the Home Sessions. If you want that version, I've got it.

This is a question for anyone who really knows the answer.
I have some friends that went to an Inspection 12 "Get Rad" recording and they said that it was like some guys house. Was that true? And if so, what was the deal with that?

Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that, I'll be over here, looking through your stuff.

That guy's house was the famed "Hole of the Pigeon" recording studio, where I12 regularly recorded. That house was owned by Jay Peel, and Paul Lapinski did most of the recording work. (Check your copy of "In Recovery" for a picture, Paul's that wacky guy on the CD). That studio no longer exists, I think Jay sold the house, and Paul works somewhere else now. It was a studio inside a house, but it was a great studio nonetheless. That's the deal with that.

if anyone who's in a jax band that reads this and misses the hole of the pigeon as much as we all do, then you can still record there, but its called 5 points recording now and its not at jay's house, but in 5 points. go to www.grainofsalt.com for more info about it

ok, weird question..
what do i12 think of themselves as a band? like how popular do they think they are (not that it "really" matters, just curious..)
Basically, do they ever think to themselves "some guy in New Zealand, Slovenia or (in my case) France, loves our stuff and would love to see us live" ?
