I was planning to wake up before afternoon to go on an adventure to Virgin Megastore and buy out all the copies of the album to pass out to random strangers. Or maybe just one or two extra. No....didn't wake up til like 4 and didnt get out of the dorm til like 6:30. So I decided to go to the mall instead. Okay, Hot Topic didn't get in their shipment. Apparently they usually get CD's a week late. But seemed like the clerk was familiar with the band. Drove to Virgin Megastore, then. It's funny. I was kidding around that I was planning to buy out their whole stock of "Get Rad." Well, it wasn't so hard. Someone else went and bought all the CD's. Okay, to be fair they only got in one, but also that one copy of "In Recovery" was gone too. Drat. No first-day sales boost from Carl. I even wrote a little Post-It Note to put on the CD's I was going to give away. Yours free, compliments of an I12 fan. Email me at i12@vidzone.net with your thoughts. Don't like the CD? Give it to a friend or sell it. Just keep it moving! -Carl So now I need to see if there's a Tower Records in Orlando. I guess I could just buy it cheap off [insert punk e-tailer here], but I want that whole "why's this guy buying so many CD's of this band I haven't heard of" effect. Anyone else have fun adventures to share?

Went back to Disney with the family this past weekend and they restocked...also only one copy. Ah, but it was out on the front of the row! Definately snagged that.
Later at DisneyQuest (that big arcade thing next to the Virgin Megastore), the attendant at CyberSpace Mountain took my bag of goodies and jokingly put my I12 CD up for bids. Quite honestly, I wouldn't have minded if someone actually were to have gone home with my new purchase. Gotta share the love!
