I had an mp3 of I12 playing elegy live, with a rad solo put in near the end, it was so awesome and I can't believe I lost it because I really liked it better than the studio recording. But now it's gone, and I miss it, and i'm wondering if anyone knows where I can find it, or if anyone has it and can send it to me? Love ya,

Hmmm, I wonder if that's a version that I'm playing on. I wouldn't mind a copy of that, unless of course it's ripped from the DVD which, in that case, I already have a copy. I'm glad that you think that solo is rad. I always thought that a ripping guitar would be a cool way to ride that song out from the first time I heard it at Hole of the Pigeon when they were recording In Recovery back in, shit, '99, maybe... somewhere around that time.

Oh, that's cool... I always thought that they just rode it out playing the chords like on the record until I started playing the solo at the end. I'd still be interested to hear that.

james used to play a wicked ending. He kinda mirrored the violin part and used some wah on there. I remember the first time I saw them play elegy, completely blew me away, especially james' solo. wow.
