New Drums

Hey guys-I got new drums a couple weeks ago. I'm excited about it. I wasn't able to get my dream set just yet (can't afford that now). I got a Pacific kit (cx model). They're made by DW for people who don't know, i guess its like DW's budget set kinda thing. Wish I could get real DW's but this is ok for now. I really like them so far, they're good drums for the money. They sound real good. I had my old drums for like 10 years, they were super beat up and stuff...still sounded good but its nice to have new looking drums for a change. Just thought I'd share a few pictures so you guys can see if you wanted. Feel free to post pics of your drums/instruments here to if you guys want....that would be fun. thanks.

Yeah those vintage style onyx finishes are sweet. I've only played on one PDP set but it was pretty awesome sounding and that was when the guy who owned them didn't really have a clue about tuning.

The drums are pretty old, budget Yamahas but they still sound pretty sweet. I've got to replace them this summer though because the hardware is all shot to pieces and sucks a whole big amount.

Those are great Tim.I don't play drums,but I do play guitar,and here's what I've ordered,but it hasn't arrived yet.



Almost reminds you of an Explorer,but it's the cheaper option to it.This one is a Dean Z.
