Hi guys, I am a fan of I12 (my favourite band) Craig's Bro (probably my 2nd fav), yellowcard, and the softer side.
Now on this board I see a lot of different discussions about rip offs, money, band politics, who joined who, who left who and who should take credit.
I'd like some answers if possible. Are all the guys who made up I12 still friends? Do they all plan on anything in the future, cos there is a lot of gossip so I’d love it if someone could give a concise run down of who's doing what and who has fallen out with whom? I want to see the next I12 album, I’d hate to think everyone has gone their separate ways and doesn't even like each other? I hope not. I'm actually worried about this because I12 have such passion for music that I haven't seen in any other bands. They don't care what rules they break and from where they take influence. To all move on for money or other reasons may be good in some ways for them but when a group of people find a spark and form a magical band like I12 it seems so very wrong for things to just break down... it's a crime to lose this band, and I know because I’m in a band that trys to make the best music we can, we play every week and we live it with passion but we still can't get what I12 had, we can't write horror music, or country, we cant sing four-part harmonies like on In Recovery and we certainly can't write vocal or musical hooks half as good as I12 can. They should continue for us, for everyone, for the masses of people who want to write like they do and can't. It's a gift to them, and now it seems wasted?
