ive only looked at that board once, but is it the thread where it says, 'the i12 board made me cry' or something like that. the person thought the music was dope but refuses to listen to i12 now because everyone here hated on ryan key. pretty funny stuff

man they should lighten up over there. at least there is a sense of humour on this board and people don't get so pissed off and in each others faces about stuff. i mean come on, we all like the same band being on this board, we're the fans and we're offering some support here and those yc guys are all about "oooh emotion this, oooh ryan ryan ryan, ooh i wanna cry, oooh i don't live in the real world, oooh ohh oooh!!!"

so what if we give yc a little bash now and then haha, i12 are a hundred times better. we've always said yc are good, that's not an issue, but we can't help the fact i12 wipe the floor in every respect musically, lyrically, with originality and creativity and even through in humour and can laugh at themselves and no be so anal.

That is fucking funny. People on that board are crazy about their YC... this one person has like 6000 cumulative posts which amounts to something like 33 posts per day and they've only been subscribed since Sep. 04! What the fuck is up with that? How can anyone have that much free time on their hands? No wonder that person is full of shit, they're 14! No offense I12Dude14, you're cool and don't reflect the extreme immaturity of most 14 year olds such as the poster in question. Plus, this is included with every one of their posts:  Can you say obsess much? Who would actually decide not to listen to a band just because someone on their message board was talking shit about another band. Oh well, give that person another couple of months and I'm sure they'll be obsessing about another band like Good Charlotte or Simple Plan. I'm glad the guys in YC are out there touring and making money, but I guess this is the by product of getting on MTV... that person is so dumb they thought that unordoxed was a real word when it was actually a typo. Their own spelling is equally atrocious. Read it and you'll see what I mean. |

Matt,I've become acquainted with a few of those people with the high posts.Believe me,they have a ton of free time.There was even a hate thread made about 1 of them.Pathetic.There aren't many sensible people over there,except maybe Kara,who I know is on there,and anybody else from here.Ryan himself is on those boards now,along with Ben.I'd love to know how many messages they get a day. Oh yeah,saw this today.  |

The unordodox thing was funny, cuz some smart ass tried to send the girl to dictionary.com to figure out what it meant.
That unorthodox line that the original poster mentioned really came from Pete on this old message board when he said the producer told Pete to cool it on Ocean Avenue because some of the bass lines were too unorthodox, so if the Producer got his way, then the bass lines on the album are actually not unorthodox.
See you can actually learn a lot of neat things on this message board. Goes to show that fans here are more interested in the music not what color boxers ryan wears.

I don't even bother going to the yc message board anymore... all they do is talk about gay pointless shit that doesn't even matter. If we talk about gay pointless shit on this message board, at least it's interesting. People need to just chill out.

everything we post on these threads is so important, vital, breathtaking, thought provoking.
man i feel like crying every time i look on here.
you others guys move me in ways i can't describe with your words of wisdom, the sheer ability to just open your mouths letting that poetry, proverb and meaning pour out in a way no other fans of a band could ever achieve. everyone of us a t.s. elliott at heart, a shakespeare in soul and a wordsworth in dreamful vision. gotta go, i'm going to break down...
