i think he said that he just decided to learn how to play one summer or something like that. probably when dan went to cali to do his thing, he just sat at home and learned piano. quick learner i guess.

I kinda started doodling around on the piano senior year in high school. I really tried to understand the instrument the following summer when dan went to play in craigs bro. all in all ive been failing at it for about 5 years now....i am nowhere near amazing but I appreciate the recognition. im pretty half-ass at it like everything I do. Matt could tear me a new asshole on it...just everything else he does. my dad was classicly trained though...and he is a bad ass.

pete, its good to hear from you man. like they said, you are pretty damn good on the piano. i wish you would have busted some stuff out when you and dan played at my graduation party. anyways, take care.

I also play the piano and I'd really like to learn Gifts And Curses and I'm Fine I Can Drive, along with other songs. I also heard that you play a piano intro with Sean on violin for Yellowcard shows this fall...I hope you record it for the next Yellowcard album!  |
